Key Accounts Manager - Automotive Aftermarket - Midrand at Bosch Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Job Description

• Active customer portfolio management
• Define, propose, and implement customer strategy-based market factors and customer needs
• Feedback competitor activities with counter proposals
• Product sales training to customers
• Customer communications (purchase statistics, product information)
• Development and implementation of regional / customer specific campaigns including campaign targets, return on investments, motivation for target market
• Overall responsibility for customer meetings incl. budget discussions, review meetings
• Productivity in terms of regular and frequent customer visits in line with agreed turnover and potential priority
• Maintenance of customer Open Point List

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Matric
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing or related field

EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years experience in customer front office roles (internal sales, key account management, promoter)
• Experience within the automotive aftermarket industry on the distribution channel level (wholesale/retail)
