A great opportunity has opened up in our team and we are hiring a Key Account Manager for fertility. You will be responsible for ensuring target is met in accordance with regional and /National fertility targets. You will develop and implement short term plans in order to ensure effective customer coverage and take responsibility for Personal development in respect of Product knowledge.
As a Key account manager, you will also be responsible for networking effectively and building meaningful relationships with key customers & opinion leaders in your own territory (OBGYN, fertility specialists, nurses and pharmacists)
You will provide reports and feedback pertaining to trends/opportunities or risk identified in own territory, monitor performance against planned objectives in own area & take action to close the gap. And ensure timeous completion & updating of all sales reports & the related administration.
You will communicate all quality complaints received within 24 to QA Department and to Patient Safety Department. You will participate to all GDP trainings according to training matrix defined and provide detailed product information to the relevant target audience (within and related to the field of fertility). In addition to the above you will formulate a regional strategic plan to ensure optimum implementation of global and national strategy, to be revised, analysed and adjusted quarterly.
