Key User Lead at Mars

This role is responsible for the management of ONE Navision queries and resolution. The incumbent will be responsible for ticket creation and management, in order to ensure continuous open lines of communication between the business and local key users.

• X-Domain knowledge of One Navision & Business Processes
• Master Data, Setup, Workflows, SOD, experience in internal control, managing changes & stakeholders

What will be your key responsibilities?

• SPOC for Key Users, KUL community and Quality & Effectiveness team
• Alignment with other Business Units on processes, WoW, Benefits -> participate in KU Lead Community
• Support the BU to monitor and enforce governance process in One Nav
• Coordinate local cross functional testing for all new functionalities, non regression testing and Core Versioning process
• Encourage best practice sharing locally & X-country
• Secure the retention of process & 1NAV knowledge within the Business Unit
• Review requests to assure the correct information in the ticket.
• Own and update mailing distribution list of Key Users.
• Follow up of tickets and availability of key users to solve the tickets.
• Inform SALT and regional teams the project status.
• Follow up on KPIS to assure the tickets resolution.
