Key User SAP (Material Master Data) at Alstom

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in the Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
• 5 years’ experience in either of these areas – Sourcing & Supply Chain
• ERP: SAP (MM, PM) experience – desired.
• Good knowledge of Repair Operations environment processes
• Good knowledge of Material Master Data and Processes
• Excellent communication skills.
• Active team player, deadline driven, process driven.

Main Responsibilities 

• Ensuring the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Service and validate data in alignment with Supply chain flows.
• Analysing all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from Services various departments.
• Analysing ERP error messages specific to master and transactional data quality and implement corrective actions.
• Being the local referent for any support need related to ERP specific usage.
• Creating training documentation for local use.
• Coordinating and preparing training material.
• Training new entrants & users on their specific area of competence.
• Managing Material Valuation Types according to business needs.
• Managing generation of business reports on demand (from SAP database).
• Implement visual dashboard to report business performance.
• Manage deployment of new solutions.
• Identifying and mobilizing users and expert required to execute project activities.
• Understanding the process of the core solution.
• Contributing to the various solution specifications.
• Defining cleansing rules and preparing data migration and set-up.
• Coordinating and preparing training material.
• Ensuring that operational procedure are up-dated according to the new process implementation.
• Requesting ERP Access and Authorizations for End-Users
• Ensuring support level one after GO-Live.
