    Kiosk & Sales Admin Support (Northern Suburbs (Cape))

    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure all daily sales information is obtained from the relevant parties (kiosks) and follow up where necessary
    • Reconcile the daily sales information received to the Flash system reports and follow up on any differences
    • Reconcile the kiosk trading balances daily, detailing all items sold, money received or sent as well as any adjustments that occurred and follow up where differences are found
    • Provide daily feedback on any permanent un-reconciled differences per kiosk
    • Weekly reconcile the stock sold from the kiosks to the sales reports and ensure that all stock is correctly and accurately accounted for, providing feedback on any differences picked up
    • Reconcile bank/trading accounts to ensure all funds received have been corrected and accurately been accounted for.
    • Data capturing from Fresh Chat system over to excel daily report
    • Manage the following month-end reports (Inland & Coastal Report / UMS & MassCash Report / PopUp Kiosk Comms)
    • Preform ad-hoc tasks relating to the Kiosks representative and field staff when needed
    • Resolve Kiosk related queries and all queries from the field staff
    • Provide Administrative Support to the Trader Sales and Kiosk Departments
    • Review and process new Choice trader, Supatrader R5 and TopUp trader applications from Freshdesk
    • Choice trader addendum and trader ID / Passport / KYC validation
    • Record new applications, update trader information on the Call Centre portal
    • Save all contracts on the shared OneDrive (cloud)
    • Load profile changes on management tool and check that all profile changes were captured accurately and successfully

    • Link all new traders to the relevant area growth manager (AGM)
    • Liase with AGMs, request and track outstanding Information or documents
    • Manage small projects on your own or as a team
    • Ensure daily, weekly & monthly deadlines are followed through
    • Pull trader tax invoices and statements
    • Device linking and commissions reporting calculations

    Requirements
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric Essential
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
    • Experience in supporting field staff in a fast-paced environment

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Fully computer literate, including Microsoft Excel reporting and formulas experience

    • Team player and able to work independently without supervision
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent in problem-solving and able to multi-task
    • Be able to think logically and resolve queries timeously
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of data
    • Work well under pressure and prioritize queries based on urgency
    • Excel and data analyzing skills, feedback, and reporting
    • Self-motivated and assertive
    • Able to work extended hours when required
