KPH- Registered Nurse - High Care Experienced at Lenmed Private Hospitals

Main Focus Areas

• An experienced High Care Registered Nurse to be responsible for the total nursing care of the patients in their care.

Key Performance Areas: (include but are not limited to)

• Ensure that health care is provided to all patients according to company policies, procedures, and standards. Plan, organize, and ensure control of all activities within the framework of the position and that staff adheres to the companies' policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure that the administration of all relevant documentation is processed according to standard operating procedures. Ensure that skills development plans are in place for staff and continuous training is provided according to the need. Ensure that all quality standards and control measures are known and that it is adhered to. To contribute actively to teamwork and ensure efficiency of the team on a continuous basis. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to)

• Must have general nursing diploma or degree. Must be SANC registered. Minimum of 3 years High Care experience. Critical care or Neo-Natal qualification will be an advantage. Must be willing to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the Unit. Fully bilingual.
