    Laboratory Assistant

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Clover is currently recruiting for a Laboratory Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible to maintain cleanliness of the laboratory and provide basic support function. This exciting opportunity is based at the Clover Clayville branch.

    Requirements    

    • Diploma or Certificate in Micro/Chem/Biochem 
    • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level 
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Computer literacy (Basic) 
    • Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Conduct housekeeping of laboratory  
    • Clean laboratory and equipment 
    • Ensure application of 5S (Sort, Set in order or Simplify, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) 
    • Perform sampling and basic testing  
    • Sample and test products 
    • Perform routine chemical/microbiological procedures 
    • Record test results
