- Standardized laboratory methodologies
- Managed laboratory ingredients, store and equipment Sampled raw materials, packaging & finished products; tested non-routine raw materials, packaging & finished products
- Analysed & computed data & recorded information
- Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
Qualifications
- Relevant National Training Ceritificate
Required Experience
- 3-4 years relevant experience
Primary Objectives of the Position
- Responsible for maintaining the laboratory.
- Prepares less routine test samples of materials used in production, in components, etc. and conducts a greater variety physical and chemical tests to ensure conformity to established specifications. Analyses, records and computes qualitative and pertinent data.
- Normally reports to Unit HOD.
