Laboratory Technician (Temporary) - Krugersdorp Mill

Responsibilities
- Standardize laboratory methodologies and training of personnel on laboratory practices, food safety and EHS.
- Report quality performance and needs for improvement
- Managed laboratory ingredients, store and equipment
- Sample raw materials, packaging & finished products, test non-routine raw materials, packaging & finished products.
- Analyse & compute data & recorded information
- Apply laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3-4 years relevant working experience.
- 1 - 2 years supervisory experience.
- Matric.
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Biotechnology or any relevant qualification.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and AIB requirements.
- Computer Literacy.
