About the role

• The Landscaping Supervisor will oversees the maintenance and installation of outdoor spaces such as parks, gardens, and commercial properties.
• They will lead a team of landscapers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• They will be responsible for managing schedules, budgets, and materials, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and customer satisfaction

What you will bring

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
• Ability to supervise and manage a team of landscapers
• Knowledge of plants, trees, and landscaping equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to landscaping
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure work is completed to high standards
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites

What you will be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping workers
• Assign tasks to workers and ensure they are completed on time and to the required standard
• Train new workers and provide ongoing training to existing employees
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for landscaping projects
• Provide estimates for landscaping jobs and work with clients to ensure their needs are met
• Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by landscaping workers
• Ensure that all work
