    Lead Consultant: Performance Measurement and Evaluation

    Purpose of the job

    • To translate strategy plan by designing and analysing the Performance Measurements to ensure achievement of SITA strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Corporate Performance Measurement and Balanced Scorecard Development
    • Organisational Alignment and Performance Integration
    • Oversight and management of strategic initiatives
    • Performance Assessment, Evaluation and Learning
    • Audit, Assurance and Evidence Management
    • Support Organisation-wide Performance Reporting.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Statistics, Audit, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent degree.
    • Experience: 7- 8 years overall working experience in a large corporate/public sector organisation, with at least 4- 5 years in Corporate Performance Measurement, corporate performance monitoring and reporting, audit support and evidence management.

    Technical Competencies Description

    • Knowledge of: Corporate performance management principles Monitoring and evaluation methodologies Balanced Scorecard concepts Performance reporting frameworks (including National Treasury requirements) Data analytics and performance analysis techniques Audit of Predetermined Objectives (AoPO) processes Governance, risk and compliance environments Strategic planning and Annual Performance Plan (APP) processes.
    • Technical Competencies: Performance Measurement & Balanced Scorecard Development; Data Analytics & Performance Analysis; Monitoring & Evaluation Methodologies; Performance Reporting & Business Writing; Corporate Governance.
    • Leadership Competencies: Customer Experience, Collaboration, Communicating and Influencing, Outcomes driven, Planning and Organising, Strategic Thinking.
    • Interpersonal/behavioural competencies: Active listening, Attention to Detail, Analytical thinking, Disciplined, Resilience, Stress Management.
