    Lead Generator: Face to Face Life and Investments

    Job Description
    Overview and Purpose of the Role: 

    • Our Life product offering has grown significantly over the years which has led to the development of the Life and Investment Face to Face distribution channel. To facilitate this model the position for Sales Support Consultant has emerged.
    • The incumbent will be responsible for the booking of appointments generated from leads provided by the company.
    • The incumbent must align themselves with the OUTsurance culture and values of Awesome Service, Passionate, Honest, Human, Dynamic and Recognition.


    •  The ideal candidate must have the ability to create an interest in the Life product offering and will be responsible for calling leads provided and determine whether the relevant clients are interested in the OUTsurance Life product offerings. 
    •  Booking appointments for our OUTsurance Financial Advisors to go out and meet these clients.
    •  Achieving set lead/appointment targets.
    •  Reporting daily and weekly on ongoing progress.
    •   Working closely with financial advisors and manages to ensure allocation and follow up on leads.

    Reporting Lines: 

    • The Lead Generator report directly to line management and will work closely with the wider Life Face to Face and Investment Department.


    • Completed Matric or Grade 12.
    • Tertiary marketing/sales qualification will be an added advantage.
    • Sale/Lead Generating experience will be an added advantage.
    • Cold calling experience is a must.
    • Must have strong attention to detail.
