Lead: Rewards Special Projects - Johannesburg at Absa Group Limited (Absa)

Job Description

• Accountable for providing expert advice and market thought leadership to influence, guide and optimise the formulation of the strategy, business and operating models to drive business performance and decision making.
• Lead Rewards innovation and provide specialist advice and innovation services to shape the future bank through the seeking of new and innovative growth opportunities through the identification, incubation and commercialisation of new business opportunities making use of emerging trends such as gamification, use of AR and AI to drive customer engagement.
• Responsible for the end to end management of the Absa Advantage programme, including programme financials and product lifecycle development
• Plan to provide expert advice to inform effective implementation of interlocks across the value-chains in alignment with strategic objectives and priorities and specify the required measurements to monitor performance effectiveness.
• Drive new ways of working through collaborative approaches to enable better support and broad buy-in for the identification of innovative, profitable business new opportunities across Absa.
