Job Description

• To recruit, develop, and mentor entry-level Financial Advisers (FAs) within the IAM Business Unit. Build high-caliber, new-to-industry advisers equipped to execute sales strategies, strengthen client relationships, and drive IAM revenue growth.
• Guide FAs through a two-year training programme in the Sales Academy to ensure FAIS compliance and their successful transition into Liberty Agency Financial Advisers.

Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: Advanced Diploma
• Field of Study: Business Commerce
• Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative

Experience Required
Sales

• Sales & Distribution
• 3-4 years
• Proven experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or Asset Management, with a strong track record in sales, sales leadership, or coaching/mentoring roles.
• Specific experience working with entry-level or new-to-industry Financial Advisers is highly advantageous.
