SALARY :

• R338 106 per annum (Salary Level 7) plus actual benefits

REQUIREMENTS:

• An appropriate Bachelors’ degree/National Diploma Project Management/ Public Management/ Business Management. A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years’ functional experience in short skills, Learnership and Apprenticeship coordination environment. Knowledge and understanding of Project Management. Knowledge of budgeting. Coordination of meetings. PSET and CET Act. Understanding of legislative framework governing the Public Service. Identification of opportunities in the market. Understanding of the Labour Market. Opportunity linkages. Unendorsed valid driver’s licence. Skills: Planning and organizing. Sound Verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Negotiation. Flexibility, Customer care services, placement, teamwork and report writing. 

DUTIES :

• Implementing of learnership, short skills programs and apprenticeships programs through recruitment and selection of learners, upload of learners’ information on Coltech, SETA indicium system. Apply for program funding from SETAs, public and private organizations. Design project budget and deliverables for all programs through completing online application and project implementation plan. Monitoring of teaching and learning in line with roll-out plan, attendance registers and payment of learner stipend. Finding workplace for learners in the relevant industries. Deliver program verification and certification through learner assessment, moderation, POE verification and certification.
