Senwes Grainlink is looking for enthusiastic and motivated young individuals who want to kickstart a career in the agricultural industry. As a Grainlink learner, you’ll gain hands-on experience at one of our silos while completing formal training to qualify as a Junior Grain Grader.
What to Expect:
A 12-month structured learnership programme at one of our Senwes Grainlink silos.
On-the-job training in silo operations, grain handling, and administration.
Exposure to different grain commodities.
Accredited training in grain grading and essential workplace skills.
A monthly salary during the learnership period.
Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Ages between 18 and 25 years.
Interest in agriculture or technical fields.
Willingness to work at a silo and learn about grain operations.
