• Qualification equal or not lower than Grade 9.
• A passion for agriculture and plant production.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with plant production activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Participate in crop management and maintenance tasks, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Learn about soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control techniques.
• Follow safety and environmental protocols when working with plants and machinery.
• Gain hands-on experience in nursery management, plant propagation, and cultivation.
• Maintain and operate basic plant production equipment as required.
• Complete practical tasks and assignments as part of the learnership.
