Learning and Development Intern at RCL Foods

• Our Talent Team is on the hunt for a Learning and Development Intern to jointhe Baking Division. The role will be based in Pretoria West and will report into the Learning and Development Specialist.

Minimum Requirements    

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or similar
• Valid Code EB drivers’ licence

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Capture and maintain all training data on the HR Manage system with accuracy
• Assist with coordinating Training interventions and events.
• Preparation of training material
• Schedule Training events for delegates and facilitators
• Send out Training Evaluations § Stock control of Training Materials § Liaise with suppliers & attendees on the specific details / requirements of the Training and Development intervention.
• Assist with collecting and collating training information for audit purposes.
• Assist with general Learning & Development related administration such as filing and maintaining spreadsheets.
• Supporting Learning and Development team with adhoc duties.
• Monthly reporting
