What you will do:

• Managing the Annual L&D Budgeting process
• Managing the current training budget spend and ensuring training delivery timeously
• Management of the WSP/ATR process
• Providing SOP Training and skills development oversight
• Providing support in the management of the BU Employment Equity Committees
• Management of the Trade & Industry (DTI) & SDF process
• Management of learnerships and apprenticeship programmes
• Vendor management & RFP coordination
• Management of the BU Bursary process
• Providing ad-hoc support to the BU HR Team

Experience

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, training, education, or related field

• Understanding of the effectiveness of learning methods 
• Understanding of the impact of training on overall business performance
