• We have one 12-month learnership opportunity available for a candidate within the Vulamathuba Empumelelo team. The learner will be supporting the implementation of the department's learning and development programmes. 
• The successful applicant will need to commit to the program for a period of 12 months and complete an Accredited Project Management Qualification while gaining valuable work experience.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES / SKILLS:

• Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences/Humanities/Human Settlement/ Training-related qualification 
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Tutoring/mentoring experience
• PGCE (highly advantageous)
• Community development/facilitation experience (highly advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
