In this role you work closely with HR, Managers, external training providers, and employees to identify training needs, organise learning activities, maintain training records, and monitor the effectiveness of development programmes.
The role contributes to building a culture of continous learning and employee growth, You are also accountable for gathering and capturing monthly financial information for your area of responsibility.

Skills, Experience & Education
Minimum of a 3-year National Diploma (NQF6), preferably in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology
Minimum 2-3 years relevant years HR experience and a good understanding of the role of Learning & Development in relation to the business
Experience with SETA administration and coordination preferred
