Main purpose of the job
The Learning and Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying training needs, drawing insights from analytics, developing training material and delivering impactful training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees, as well as measuring the impact across the organisation. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end management and involvement in projects by ensuring that all project deliverables are met in line with L&D processes.
