Learning Experience Designer at AES Africa

Job Purpose:

As a Learning Experience Designer, your main responsibility will be to design and maintain blended learning solutions which meet the learning needs of the company

Duties include:

• Conducting L&D needs analysis
• Development of project plans
• Conceptualize and design the broad learning intervention and create learning content
• Support of all material, multidisciplinary tools, resources, media and learning aids
• Ensure that all learning material meets the required adult learning principles
• Develop relevant assessments instruments in line with Bloom's taxonomy, to evaluate a learner’s competence
• Ensure all learning material meets the required adult learning principles

Requirements:

• Qualification in an educational, HR or Learning and Development
• field
• Instructional Design certificate
• Experience as an Instructional Designer
• Experience as a facilitator / educator will be advantageous
• Learning technologies & digital learning tool experience
• Digital media courseware experience eg- Storyline, Captivate, GoAnimate etc
• SAM / ADDIE knowledge
