JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Specialization in Nated Human Resource Management or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/lecturing experience.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct lectures in Nated Human Resource Management.
• Perform administrative tasks related to courses and attend departmental meetings as required by the management team.
• Stay informed and maintain a practical understanding of industry standards and quality improvement initiatives relevant to the department.
• Engage in personal and professional development to enhance teaching methodologies and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Research and develop new topics, courses, and teaching materials, including online resources.
• Participate in Examination Certification and Promotion of learners.
• Conduct face-to-face lectures and contact sessions with students, as well as distance learning sessions.
