Competencies Required:

• English and IsiXhosa Communication and interpersonal skills
• Assertiveness and dynamism
• Understanding of customer service in education       
• Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• A minimum of a B.Ed. Honour’s degree or
• Honour’s degree in the language to be lectured or
• another Humanities/Arts/Social Science Honours or
• Postgraduate Diploma (at NQF level 8)

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

• Ideally, teaching/lecturing experience in the language to be lectured.
