    Lecturer: Mathematics (Part-Time)

    The IIE MSA, Ruimsig Campus has a vacancy for a Part-time Mathematics Lecturer in the following modules:

    • TIMA5111
    • TIMA6211
    • TIMA6212
    • TIMA6311

    Minimum Qualification Requirements:

    • ​B.Ed. Honour's degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (at NQF level 8) or
    • BSc/Arts/Humanities Honours degree

    And:

    • The undergraduate qualification or postgraduate qualification must include a module on Teaching and Learning/Pedagogy.

    And:

    • The undergraduate qualification or postgraduate qualification must include Mathematics to at least NQF level 6 (usually the 2nd year of study). 

    Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

    • School Teaching Experience in component subjects (Required).
    • Tertiary Lecturing Experience (Ideal).
    • Training & Development: 3 years (Required).
    • Teaching: 3 years (Required).
