Legal Advisor: Liabilities at MiWay Insurance Limited

The Claims Department is looking for an enthusiastic individual as a Liability Advisor in our Legal Department.  This role involves analytical assessment of merits and quantum on claims in order to negotiate with insurance companies, brokers, attorney firms and uninsured other parties on third party claims received.

What will make you successful in this role?

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
• Related tertiary qualification (Not required but advantageous)
• Minimum 1 year experience in the STI environment
• Minimum 1 year Liabilities and/or Recoveries experience, specific to Motor Vehicle Accident
