Legal & Compliance Administrator at ASI Financial Services

Role Profile

A junior role within the company, whose primary responsibility will be to support the current Legal and FAIS compliance function.

Key Performance Areas

• Support in the effective management of legal matters efficiently and timeously.
• Support in the secretarial functions of the Company.
• Support in the effective management of the Company’s representative register ensuring 100% compliance.
• Onboarding all new representatives
• Commercial Contracting.
• Liaise with external attorneys, and compliance team

Qualifications and Experience

• L.L.B or BCom majoring in law
• Intermediate knowledge of the MS Office Suite
• Two years’ experience within the financial services industry
• FAIS Regulatory exams would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the FICA and POPIA would be an advantage
