What will you do?
The position includes, but is not limited to, validation of all service/claims decisions with high & medium merit indicator, which may include interviewing witnesses, review of reports, towing operators, making recommendations and administration, liaising with service providers. Participation in claims committee meeting to drive fair outcomes. Liaising with Ombudsman Schemes. Handling of admin and/or call requests from complainants. Writing detailed responses to complainant and Ombudsman Schemes. Handling and resolving all complaints from any clients and service providers on claims and service matters.
