Liquor Licensing Paralegal at MacRobert Incorporated

Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 years+ of experience as a liquor licensing secretary or paralegal
• Detail-oriented and self motivated
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines

Job Details:

• Preparing, assisting and filing applications for new liquor licenses; transfer and/or removal of liquor licenses; renewal of liquor licenses; temporary licenses and other applications as provided for in terms of the Liquor Act, 2003.
• Organizing and maintaining files, including documentation, correspondence, and managing and tracking all assigned permits and licenses.
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence under the guidance of the Director, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formats.
• Managing billing and invoicing tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.
