3 years+ of experience as a liquor licensing secretary or paralegal

Job Details:
Preparing, assisting and filing applications for new liquor licenses; transfer and/or removal of liquor licenses; renewal of liquor licenses; temporary licenses and other applications as provided for in terms of the Liquor Act, 2003.
Organizing and maintaining files, including documentation, correspondence, and managing and tracking all assigned permits and licenses.
Preparing legal documents and correspondence under the guidance of the Director, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established formats.
Managing billing and invoicing tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing.
