Elevate the customer journey in FOH (Front of House) through authentic connections and Feel-Good brand experiences at all customer touchpoints: Welcome, Ordering, and Dine-In.
Assist customers with kiosk orders and future eCommerce strategies, upselling menu items, recommending new promotions, and referencing the Add Hope system.
Maintain Feel-Good connections in FOH between service delivery providers, drivers, and CSTMs (Customer Service Team Members).
Manage the flow of customers and resolve potential bottlenecks.
Observe and act on customer needs throughout their dining experience to enhance service levels, such as refilling drinks while seating customers.
Protect assets and guests by adhering to sanitation, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.

Requirements:
Matric certificate.
Customer service certificate.
6-12 months KFC tenure.
English proficiency.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner.
Commitment to hospitality and guest experience.

Technically capable of managing the kiosk.
