Logistic Coordinator at Vestas

Responsibilities:

As Logistics coordinator:

• You will be responsible for ensuring that all Vestas Supply chain processes are known and applied by all storekeepers in all SBU warehouses.
• You will assist in the inventory counts, process trainings and actions plans to get the results defined by the annual targets (OTIF, Stock accuracy, safety conditions, ....).
• You will visit frequently the SBU warehouses managed by the storekeepers under your responsibility.
• You will be frequently in contact with other members of Med SCO in English language.

Main KPIs:

• Coordinate all WH activities.
• Support the SSK with daily issues.Ensure all equipment are certified on date.
• Ensure that the warehouse is effective, productive and lean.
• Coordinate return activities for DEF and Surplus.
• Create and follow Non Conformities.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Knowledge about order management processes and flows.
• At least 3 years' experience working in industrial warehouses.
• Advanced SAP and Excel user and Intermediate MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written (in English).
