Accountable for the implementation, and monitoring of the Logistics performance metrics inclusive for Transportation and supporting operational elements.
Lead efforts to optimize/reduce Transportation and Warehousing costs.
Work with systems support personnel to ensure greater utilization of SAP throughout the Customer Service & Logistics organization to improve key performance indicators.
Determine solutions to improve business processes and transitioning of existing manual ways of working to system based streamlined solutions
Acts as a functional resource, providing support on task forces, acquisition studies, and major project support.
Analysis of Customer Service Key Performance Indicators (important metric) and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales organizations to maximize results.
Empowers Logistics Team by way of training, information sharing, to enable the development of Logistics people and organizational capabilities.
Lead projects to evaluate alternative Supply Chain networks that optimize cost and service objectives while considering changes in business and customer profiles.
Identify solutions to improve & refine Logistics transportation models currently in use in the region

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS -
A Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of logistics experience
SAP / BI / APO/ Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
