Job Description

As the Logistics and Stock Controller, you will ensure that essential dental equipment and consumables are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in the medical or pharma sector who are looking to contribute their expertise to a dynamic team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed grade 12 coupled with a supply chain-related certification/ qualification.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Previous Pastel experience.
• Previous experience specific to the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review orders prior to delivery.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Posting GRVs on to Pastel.
• Assist in receiving stock for the purpose of ensuring specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct.
• Assist with stock takes and monthly inventory reports.
• Issuance of Stocks to Engineers.
• Act as liaison throughout the warehouse and branches with regard to stock.
• Process Import Costing Schedule.
• Assist with billing queries.
• Collect delivery receipts and update the system.
• Process stock transfers between warehouses based in various regions.
• General administration of documents.
