Job Description

• Data Capturing
• Invoicing and scanning PODs to the customer.
• Communication, tracking, and liaising with customers
• Tying up PODs to the invoices and closing off ship files.
• Processing Orders
• Uploading Invoices, Claims, Weekly Statements
• Uploading Customers on the system
• Prepare documentation for exports e.g., letters of confirmation to clients, export waybills, typing of marine insurance certificates,
• Filing, emailing, faxing, photo-copying and all other duties relating to sales and inbound and outbound traffic.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate
• Maritime Certifications a strong advantage
• Very proficient in MS Word and Excel
• 1-2 years of invoicing and accounting experience.
• Previous Work in the logistics industry would be advantageous
• Admin orientated
• Must be good with numbers and a fast learner
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
