Logistics Coordinator at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Process and invoice sales orders, ensuring compliance with credit terms and accurate pricing.
• Oversee order fulfillment, including documentation, proof of delivery management, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate local and international shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective transport.
• Manage logistics partners, maintaining strong relationships with transporters and third-party vendors.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock availability, and smooth inter-warehouse transfers.
• Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize shipping, track data, and generate reports.
• Prepare and analyze operational reports, including transport costs, order fulfillment, and lost sales.
• Support supply chain processes with flexibility, problem-solving, and proactive coordination.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics coordination
• Experience in logistics management is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
