Logistics Customer Engagement Controller

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and work with regions to implement continuous improvement programs for customer engagement.
- Build capability programs that support superior customer engagement.
- Analysing of fill rates
- Identify factors affecting fill rates
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures
- Sharing of best practices across regions and other CCBA countries
- Weekly engagement with National Accounts, Districts and NAM’s
- Develop and implement effective tools that support regions, districts and NAMs.
- Support Regions in Implementation of logistics projects
Skills, Experience & Education

Qualifications:
- University Degree / Diploma in transport Logistics or Sales & Marketing
Experience:
- FMCG Sales & Logistics knowledge and understanding
- At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a Logistics or Sales environment
- Advance PC skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, QlikView, Margin Minder)
- At least Code 08 Driver’s License
- Understanding and knowledge of the CCBSA value chain system would be advantageous
