Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Developer with 3–5 years of relevant industry experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex problems across industrial, manufacturing, and energy domains. This is an in-office role based in Kloof, KZN, ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven environments and wants to make real-world impact through AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI and machine learning algorithms into existing solutions and dashboards.
• Perform data mining, acquisition, transformation, and interpretation for model training and inference.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new machine learning methodologies and technologies.
• Design, test, and deploy machine learning and mathematical models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution development and delivery.
• Maintain documentation of models, code, and intellectual property in appropriate repositories.
• Ensure data compliance, security, and governance throughout the development process.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of machine learning principles and predictive analytics.

Experience with:

• Big Data platforms (Azure, Data Factories, SQL Azure)
• Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Computer Vision & NLP techniques
• Data wrangling, preprocessing, and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and version control systems.
• Understanding of data security practices (OWASP, SSL/TLS, authentication)
