Ideal candidate profile (Minimum requirements)

• The ideal candidate should have Grade 12 with reading and writing skills.
• Technical background will serve as a recommendation
• The ideal candidate with experience in the Pasta processes will enjoy preference.
• Clean criminal record
• Medically fit

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasta machines and related equipment.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and product quality.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery.
• Monitor product output and ensure consistency with quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or unusual product issues.
• Work collaboratively with the pasta team to meet daily targets.
• Clean and maintain work areas to meet hygiene and safety standards.
