Job summary

Skills required:

• Assist with maintenance of the office building, car parks, and garden.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.  
• Comfortable with working at heights.
• Construction experience essential.
• Basic plumbing painting, electrical work, tiling, paving, steel work, woodwork, welding etc.
• Computer literate, able to research pricing for tools, stock, or any new projects as assigned.
• Basic construction experience  
• Knowledge of health and safety within the maintenance framework advantageous.
• Ability to meet immovable deadlines.
• Possess a good team spirit and have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Taking initiative to identify and resolve problems.
• Own transport and valid driver’s license required
