Maintenance Clerk - Gauteng

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs minor carpentry, plumbing & electrical repairs
- Assists with resolving facilities and office space-related problems and other office services tasks and projects assigned
- All small or large general repairs throughout the building, which include electrical faults, plumbing issues, replacing light bulbs. Assess issues and revert to manager if contractor is required to fix
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, and all other duties as assigned
- Assist with re-configuration of training room & atrium for events
- Oversee any contractors coming to sight to do maintenance repairs
Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Matric
- Maintenance in an office environment
- General knowledge of carpentry, electrical & plumbing. Prepared to work after hours if required
