Job Advert Summary    

• NUTRI Feeds is one of the leaders in the manufacturing of animal feed in South Africa, we are also a world player and the first choice in animal feeds for pigs, sheep, poultry, dairy and beef cattle. The following position exists in our division in VILJOENSKROON.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric/ Grade 12 certificate
• Maintenance Management Qualified Artisan.
• One years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment with specific experience managing the maintenance department.
• Must be computer literate
• Strong administrative skills
• Self-initiative, self-confident and firm personality
• Good attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assist with planning, staffing issues, ordering, loss control, and industrial
• Supervision of all maintenance staff on a daily basis and the quality control of all work
• Planning for and allocation of all maintenance related work
• Ensuring that maintenance staff adhere to all company policies and procedures at all
• Ensuring that all maintenance staff are adequately trained and informed of changes in work-related legislation.
• Planning and coordination of projects
• General staff morale and discipline
• Formulation of rosters and controlling staff
• Accurate record keeping
