Maintenance /General Worker at Essential Health Pharmacy Group

Essential Health Pharmacy Group is recruiting for an experienced Maintenance /General Worker to join our current Team at our Strand Pharmacy.

The focus will be on the Building itself.  

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance functions on and around site;

• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.);
• Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting;
• Undertake light installations;
• Repair equipment;
• Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing repairs;
• Undertake duties as assigned by management;
• Identify and report repair needs to management;
• Take responsibility for the upkeep of the garden around the building;
• Maintain general neatness of parking area.

Requirements

•         Physical good condition
•         Good health
•         Good time keeping
•         Energetic
•         Non-endorsed driver's license will be an advantage
