An exciting opportunity is available for a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a packhouse environment. The role focuses on preventative maintenance planning, team leadership, project coordination, budget management, and ensuring optimal equipment reliability and facility performance.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Maintenance Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in maintenance management and planning
Minimum 1 year's hands-on maintenance or trade experience
Packhouse or agricultural industry experience advantageous
Experience managing preventative maintenance programmes and maintenance budgets
Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Project management and team leadership experience
Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
