Maintenance Manager at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the solar savers maintenance team.
• Ensure the timely and efficient maintenance and repair of solar energy systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule maintenance visits and resolve any issues.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the sales team to assess system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update customer information as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in solar energy technology.

Requirements: 

• Prior experience in solar energy maintenance is required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in maintenance management, preferably within the renewable sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred), fleet management.
