An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader with strong technical expertise, proven people management skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the maintenance team, including supervisors, artisans, apprentices, and support staff.
Oversee preventative, predictive, planned, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Maximise equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant uptime.
Manage maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and supplier relationships.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering projects.
Monitor plant performance, maintenance KPIs, safety, and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' management experience, or 10 years' supervisory experience within manufacturing.
Automotive manufacturing experience will be advantageous.
GCC (Government Certificate of Competency) will be advantageous.
Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
