Maintenance Manager at SydSen Recruit

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Maintenance Industry
• Proven experience in building maintenance and tenant management
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance requirements
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for day trips (occasional provincial travel may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all building maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with building, safety, and statutory regulations
• Handle tenant-related maintenance requests and ensure service delivery
• Conduct site inspections and implement corrective action where required
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality standards
