The position is supporting the Handyman in all aspects of the technical / mechanical side of the resort functions. Manage a team of workers, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. Regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary.
Position Requirements:
Valid matric / Grade 12 certificate and code B driver’s licence
2 years’ experience in a similar maintenance position
Sound knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general maintenance of the building.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
