Maintenance System Administrator - Marble Hall at Country Bird Holdings Ltd (CBH)

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum: N3 engineering certificate.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar position.
• Enthusiastic self-starter

• Good administration, organizational, and report writing skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Performance areas (Duties and Responsibilities):

• Allocate work requests to correct the area code and component.
• Strictly implement the No job card, no work policy
• Ensure accurate failure analysis completion by the artisans
• Record and report deficiencies and delays
• Planning of scheduled inspections
• Generate scheduled inspection job cards
• Complete feedback of scheduled inspections and create a follow-up work order if required
• Adjust inspection frequencies according to breakdown occurrences
• Constant update of the estimated duration of scheduled tasks
• Maintain the Maintenance Planning database
• Initiate suppliers and warehouses in the On Key System
• Initiate stock items & stock takes in On Key
• Initiate requisitions, purchase orders, GRN, and credit notes
• Identify resources required for all work requests
• Manage stock costs
• Implement 5S audit standards.
• Control and maintain spares, supplying costs
