Management Accountant - Bellville at KAL Group

Minimum Requirements

• B Degree (BCom or CIMA)
• 4 years related experience in a Management Accounting or related position
• Advanced Excel / Data Analysis skills (VBA, Advanced Pivots, Financial Modelling etc.)
• Highly operations and system orientated with strong analytical and financial acumen
• Exposure to a manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous for your application

• Responsible for day-to-day financial controls as well as supporting the Finance Manager to provide ad hoc decision support to executive management
• Drive efficiencies and system improvements and provide timely and accurate reporting and service to all stakeholders
• Engaging and maintaining productive and value adding relationships with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders whilst influencing best fit solutions
• Analyse and report financial performance against budget & PY
• Assist with compilation of daily/weekly/monthly reports to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with compilation of annual branch & capital budgets
• Month end related tasks such as journals, reconciliations etc.

Optimisation

• Review pricing strategies for different product categories and take ownership of pricelist process
• Daily internal stakeholder support
• Ensure implementation and application of practices, policies, standards, procedures, and methods
• Initiate continuous improvement (Innovation)
